Café Valance bar and rooms is situated in the Newton road area. Walk through our front door and explore, you are surrounded by boutique shops, beauty salons & restaurants. The rear terrace overlooks historic Oystermouth Castle.

Gower provides a superb natural backdrop with a host of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, riding, golfing  and a host of watersports. You can also enjoy Magners League rugby and Premiership soccer from our regional sporting teams the Ospreys and Swans.

Or if you enjoy a game of golf why not allow us to book you a tee time. There are a number of excellent courses on our doorstop and we are just an hour's drive from the Celtic Manor home of the Ryder Cup last year.
